Events for FSSP

Three of the four events I attended for FSSP were: The international dessert night, the felid trip to the co-op, and I visited the EOP office twice. My favorite event was visiting the EOP office because they were able to really help me with some information. I came in as an undeclared major because I was debating between psychology and biology but I finally decided that I wanted to major in biology so I had to change/declare my major. I went to the EOP office and they told me the steps I need to take to change my major which I took and now I'm a bio major! They were super friendly and super helpful. The dessert night was cool but the food wasn't all that international, it was like store bought. It was good but it wasn't authentic. However, I can't complain it was free dessert. The co-op trip was cool because I had never been to a co-op. The co-op inspired me to try Almond milk. The lady that was speaking to us was super chill. She was really friendly and laid back, she was also a UCSB alumni. I thought it was interesting that the co-op was created by students and is for students. These last six weeks at FSSP have been a really good experience from the classes, to my roommates, to the activities, it was a very fun six weeks. I would definitely recommend incoming freshmen to do FSSP.
